2 Years Relocation Assignment from Shanghai HQ to Beijing, responsible for one Alcatel JV (with Ministry of Railways) based in Beijing and one R&D Center in Shanghai, reporting to President of Beijing JV, dotted-reporting to BOD Directors & CFO of ASB;ralph lauren polo shirts
Act as Financial Controller and managed 10 staff team for one Alcatel JV in Beijing and one Software Co. in Shanghai;
Acting as Financial Controller of one Alcatel JV in Shenyang for couple of months;
Lead the finance teams to perform reporting, budgeting, controlling, financial analysis, business unit reporting/control, project management and finance, treasury/financing, business planning, credit and A/R controlling, and capital investment planning, etc.;cheap ralph lauren polo shirts

Project analysis and evaluation, contract review;Main Achievements:Set up internal reporting and financial analysis system incl. actual/budget analysis, expense analysis by business unit/ product/department, gross margin analysis, and project analysis, etc., provide the useful KPI performance for the business;Successfully set up the R&D Center (Software Company) in Shanghai, optimized the tax planning on the Projects, Significantly reduced the VAT burden by splitting the self-developed software sales from the hardware sales;
Improved credit management/ AR control, set up the collection team, worked very closely with different BU and follow up the key projects, collected USD25M in 2001 and USD45 M in 2002, incl. some bad debts over 3 years;polo shirts
Customer Financing, successfully collected 154 Milo RMB receivables more than 1 year before the due date by provide the external financing to the key customer by obtaining the bank facilities;
Obtained cash discount of 500KUSD in 2001 and 1Milo USD in 2002 from different suppliers by earlier payment before due date.
