Reported to VP Finance & Administration (German) of BSWK (JV);
Managed a 10 staff team for all finance/accounting function, incl. financial accounts reconciliation, costing, taxation, budgeting, controlling, cheap polo shirtsfinancial analysis, etc.;Main Achievement:Setup the financial accounting systems for BSWK complying with the Siemens policies; incl. the standard costing for BSWK;Scala & SAP implementation;CAPEX tracking and arrange the capital injection from Germany based on the business projection;
Working with Roland Berger, set up and implement the national–wide sales accounting system for Bosch und Siemens Hausger?te (China) Ltd. including budgeting, reporting, controlling, warehouse management, credit control and other detailed business procedures, etc.;
Supervised and audited the whole National–Wide Sales Finance & Accounting Management System for Bosch und Siemens Hausger?te (China), incl. the auditing of finance accounting, warehouse of local BSH regional sales offices, incl. Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang & Nanjing, etc.;Leaving Reason: Left for the UK for the full time MBA program; Start with the company as Cost Accountant, promoted to be Chief Accountant, and Finance & Accounting Manager;Dual reporting to General Manager in China and HQ in San Fransico, CA, USA.
